Friday 11.12.20 is the Save the Children 'Christmas Jumper Day '.
We are busy finalising plans for an additional all-weather activity area on site.
Our Christmas tree has gone up (thank you Mrs Caple) complete with stars and moons decorations made by children from across the school.
We have had a great day with children in non-school uniform, many choosing to come dressed spookily!
After a great deal of filming and editing over recent days we have shared with the children our 'Welcome to Hartsfield School' video.
We have been inundated by donations of food items for the local food bank.
Class 4 braved the colder weather in amazing costumes while the staff organised a range of activities for a day of all things 'ancient Egyptian'.
The photo above is of Class 10 with Class 9 below.
Thank you to all the parent/carers for sorting out costumes- so much gold and general 'bling' in the school really lifted everyone's spirits!
One more sleep to go!
Well, after a very 'unusual' summer term, we have finally made the summer holidays!
After being open to the children of Key Workers each week since the 23rd May, from today onwards we will also be welcoming back some children from EYFS, Year 1 and Year 6 over the days ahead.
We hope all our families have a great long weekend- in particular tomorrow as we commemorate and celebrate 75 years since Victory in Europe in 1945.
